What do you like about being an OT?
“I love that our profession makes a quantifiable difference on the individual and familial level. Each child is a puzzle, and we get to see how all of the pieces – their strengths, weaknesses, quirks, and idiosyncrasies – fit together in a holistic and beautiful picture. We get to use child-centered, play therapy to help kids have fun, and while they’re at it, they get to work on what they need help with”
